Scholarships

The John Marshall Alumni Association Endowment Fund was created to support the scholarship program as well as other educational opportunities. To learn how you can support the Fund, download our Giving Fact Sheet.

Scholarships 2012

Congratulations to Amber Tucker, recipient of The Robert E. Almquist Memorial Scholarship, $1125 with a one time renewal in 2013. Also congratulations to Stephanie Maldonado, recipeint of a one time $3000 scholarship, and to Michelle Dolan for a $1125. scholarship with a one time renewal in 2013.

Scholarships 2011

Congratulations to Kristen Gramajo, recipient of The Robert E. Almquist Memorial Scholarship, $1000 with a one time renewal in 2012. Areege Hammad received a $1500 John Marshall Alumni Association scholarship with a one time renewal in 2012. Alessandra De Capo received a $1000 scholarship with a one time renewal in 2012.

Congratulations to Anastasia A. Elder, Amber R. Trzaska and Adalyss Merced, $1000 John Marshall Alumni Association Scholarship Recipients.

Scholarships 2009

Congratulations to Samantha Hawkins and Carolina Montes, John Marshall Alumni Association $500 scholarship recipients. Connie Pho, Samantha DeCarlo, and Megan Drake all received $2000 scholarships, $1000 for 2009 and $1000 for 2010, from the John Marshall Alumni Association

Scholarships 2008

Congratulations to Edward Kicielinski, Ahmad Hamad, and Lindsay Williams, John Marshall Alumni Association $1000 scholarship recipients. Thien Nguyen also received a $1000 scholarship donated by the January and June Classes of 1957. These scholarships were presented at the School Awards Ceremony on May 29th, 2008. Ray Vorell, JMHAA trustee, represented the Alumni Association. Bob Timoteo and Marilyn Yesberger were there to award the Class of 1957 Scholarship.

Most importantly, please consider supporting your Alumni Association financially. There is a donation form on line and one is included in every newsletter. Your support makes it possible to continue the programs established by your Trustees. We encourage anyone who wants to help with the work to contact us. We are always looking for volunteers to work on various projects, both short and long term. If you have ideas or suggestions, please write to us, or come to a meeting. If you are not receiving the newsletter, please send us an email with your class year, name and address.

Donations & Changes of Address

Donations can go into two different funds:

The General Fund provides for the general operation of the Alumni Association including the publishing of the Alumni News, maintaining the Alumni Database, and funding Association events.

The Endowment Fund is primarily for scholarships for graduating seniors and possibly for funding activities at the school such as sending various groups of students to competitions throughout the country.

Donations & Address Changes via Mail:

If you want to make a donation to either fund through the U.S. Mail, please Download this Form fill it out and mail it with your donation to the address on the form.

We are no longer accepting donations via Paypal. Donations have been added to our new E-Store page so you can use your Mastercard or Visa.
